Martor Return Policy Reminder
This is just a quick post to remind customers about our return policy. If you find that you need to return any Martor USA box cutters or utility knives, please keep the following points in mind:
- All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number prior to processing.
- Returns sent without an RGA will not be accepted.
- The RGA must be clearly marked on the outside of the freight prepaid return box.
- All returned items must be in original packaging (unless defective) and be in saleable condition.
- Returns must be made within 12 months of original shipment date and within 30 days of RGA issue date.
- All returned products will be inspected and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Defective items will be replaced or credited at Martor USA’s discretion.
- No RGAs will be issued for special orders.
